Branding of a dentist speciallyzed in Oral Anatomic Pathology.
Elisabete U. Rojas asked me: "I wish a brand which identifies my work field, is easy recognizable and can be clearily propagated. (...) I want to show my oral pathology work, still unkown by many dentists."
Her work environment focus basically in the laboratory area, so, without direct contact with patients.
Her relationship happens with other health professionals, related to clinical examination and in a few times, imagery examination.
Therefore, the brand must establish the communication among these professionals and reflect the own professional status of Elisabete U. Rojas.
The concept is to communicate through the brand that features Elisabete U. Rojas as objective, patient, analytical, observer, studious, secure, searching and etc, which a dentist who works in a laboratory environment responsable for serious diagnosis must have.
The brand is constituted by a symbol and a logotype. Together they bring us the name of the professional and the work area of her. It is visualized a figure that resembles to the letter "E", the inicial of the name Elisabete, and resembles to a development stage of the tooth structure (odontogenesis) called "Cap" Stage. The symbol is surrounded by a circular structure that alludes the area limitted when someone looks through a microscope lens, the main tool used by the professional in a laboratory of Anatomic Pathology. The colors also were chosen based upon a technique which uses the coloring HE in cellular structures.
